Nokia World 2010 event held in London, England, became a place for Nokia to introduce the new ammunition. Nokia N8, C6, C7, and E7 into the Finnish vendor hope to lift the back of their degrees in the global handset market.

Anssi Vanjoki, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Mobile Solutions, as someone who introduces the fourth New smartphone.

Maybe this is the last time Anssi perform at the Nokia World event. Because, as previously reported, Nokia Anssi would leave within six months.

Nokia is the first New ammunition C6. This is a touchscreen phone that comes with ClearBlack Display (CBD). Anssi claims, the resulting black blacker than black, so it is very helpful when used as the hot sun.

C6 was buried 8-megapixel camera, supports Webtv, and equipped with the Nokia Navigation with turn-by-turn direction.

The ‘elder brother’, ie C7 comes with a slimmer appearance. C7 slicked up with a 3.5 inch wide screen, more memory than the C6, and wrapped with stainless steel chasing.

C6 figure was pegged at 333 USD, or approximately USD 3 million, while C7 435 USD or about USD 3.9 million. Only, the two prices is still not added the new tax and will be released into the mobile market in the fourth quarter of 2010.

Then there is N8. This is a tough series Nokia mobile entertainment. N8 capabilities can immediately felt when peering into the camera is set on this phone, which is already powerful 12-megapixel!

Anssi introduced last name is E7. Nokia seems to try to evoke the ‘spirit’ communicator at E7. This is evident from the design of E7, which though it has brought the four-inch-wide touch screen, but still combined with a qwerty keyboard length model.

Not enough play was designed, the phone for 635 USD or USD 5.8 million (not by taxes) has also been mengintegerasikan mail exchange, office documents, and access to Ovi. Anssi even boasted that, in E7 is the best business smarphone today.

Well, we just wait how the gait-new ammunition ammunition Nokia this. Was able to talk a lot or just a sweetener product in a shop window-shop mobile phone?

There seems to be a fair amount of confusion and misinformation around the subject of unlocking mobile devices. Many people are under the impression that unlocking their mobile phone is an illegal act, and one likely to create problems with the functioning of their phone.

In fact, unlocking is perfectly legal, easy to do and can greatly enhance the functionality of your phone.

If you own a GSM mobile phone, and it is currently locked into service with a specific network service provider, you are well within your rights to unlock your phone and choose a provider that offers you better roaming rates and service.

There is only one situation in which it is illegal to unlock your mobile phone, and that is when you have signed a contract specifying that your phone will remain the property of the mobile network provider. This is sometimes the case when a mobile network provider makes a mobile phone available to you for free in exchange for a specific, longer-term usage contract. In some rare cases, unlocking your phone may void your phone’s warranty with a particular network carrier. If you are unsure whether the terms of your service contract give you ownership of your mobile phone, call your provider and ask. In most cases, the mobile phone will be your property.

Here’s a quick test to determine whether your phone is currently unlocked or locked: borrow a SIM card from a friend who has an account with a different network service provider than you. Replace your phone’s SIM card with your friend’s and see whether you can place calls on the new SIM. If you can, your phone is already unlocked. If your phone displays an error message, then it is locked.

If your phone is currently locked into service with a specific provider, you can ask them for the codes required to unlock it. Some network service providers have a policy of not releasing these codes, in which case you will need to do a little research on the Internet to find an online service or piece of software to help you unlock your phone.

Let’s be honest: How many times have you been shopping for mobile phones and had that annoying sales advisor trying to sell the the latest and greatest mobile phone deal with that phone he’s had in the back cupboard for the last 6 months? … and you know he’s only trying to sell you that one because no-one wants it?

Well, we have decided that it’s your turn to tell us which mobile phone you want!

We have created a unique mobile phone deal creator where you can choose a mobile phone and create the deal you want on the network you want and at the price you want to pay! – No more annoying salesmen, just the deal you want, selected by you. There are three drop down lists which allow you to select the exact mobile phone you want. See our three step guide below:

Choose the brand / make and model of the mobile phone you are looking for. We offer a really handy drop-down list full of all the brands and models of all the mobile phones that we stock.

Choose the contract length & price. Some people feel that a 24 month mobile phone contract is a little too long. So therefore we allow you to choose the contract length you want to take. Once you have selected the contract length we display the available tariffs, their inclusive’s and their prices below for you to select. You can also filter these results by network.

You can now select a free gift. Mobile phones with free gifts are becoming very popular and we have a huge selection of free gifts to choose from including games consoles and laptops.

Have fun and hopefully you will find the contract mobile phone deal that’s right for you.

I often joke with my new client’s that we (mobile phone companies) purposely make mobile phone bills confusing just to make it difficult for them to see exactly what they’re being charged.

If you’re often having difficulty making sense of the fees and charges that appear on your mobile phone bill then perhaps the information I’ve appended below will help you get a better understanding of how to accurately read and decipher your account.

Probably 80% of the clients I meet don’t have a clear understanding of their mobile phone call rates; or what they believe they’re are being charged and what is actually being charged are two completely different things! To calculate your mobile phone call rates follow these steps:

a). FIND A 30 SECOND PHONE CALLb). FIND A 1 MINUTE PHONE CALLc). DEDUCT THE COST OF THE 30 SECOND CALL (a) FROM THE 1 MINUTE CALL (b)

This will generally provide you with your “real” call cost per 30 seconds. You’ll now notice that the new 30 second charge varies from the 30 second phone call cost (a) that you found in your mobile phone bill. This variance is due to an additional fee referred to as “flagfall” or “connection fee”. If you now deduct the new 30 second phone call cost from the original 30 second phone call cost (a) you’ll end up with a figure that is your flagfall cost per phone call.

Flagfall (or connection fee) is what I call the “hidden fee” that many client’s either forget they’re being charged, or in some cases, were never told they’re being charged. Flagfall is a “single” fee applied at the beginning of a phone call every time you “connect” to someone (or something) on the other end. Simply put – if you make a phone call and someone (or something) answers, you’re charged flagfall. If nobody answers and the call “rings out” no flagfall fee applies. Many clients ask “what if I get someone’s message centre, am I still charged flagfall?” and the answer is “yes”. In this scenario your mobile phone call has still connected with something on the other end and therefore flagfall and call costs apply.

Call rates and flagfall fees vary from carrier to carrier, plan to plan and call to call (see we really do try to make things confusing!) and this greatly depends on the type of plan or plans you and your business is subscribed to.

To give you a rough guide, in my experience CAP PLANS tend to have higher flagfall fees than BUSINESS PLANS and on occasions some BUSINESS PLANS may have no flagfall fee at all. You may even find that flagfall (and call costs) vary depending on the type of call that you make. For example, a call to a “landline” (office number) may be charged at a higher rate than a call made to a mobile phone, or a call in the morning may cost less than a call made in the afternoon!

So as you can see there are many variables that need to be considered when trying to accurately establish what you and your business is being charged for mobile phone calls.

I trust these simple “Tips & Hints” will help you make sense of your next mobile phone account.

Jason HellyerMobile Guide
